Creative Nature by NSS is a landscape design and installation company serving the Greater Des Moines Metro Area. Built on nearly a decade of experience through Norwalk Seasonal Services, it was created to focus exclusively on delivering high quality, design driven outdoor spaces.
This is an onsite visit to meet each other, discuss project ideas and acquire information for the design.
A presentation will be preformed that will include a 2D design, 3D imaging, pricing and materials pictures.
After the contracts have been signed, the homeowners, crew leader and project manager will walk through the jobsite to ensure everyone is on the same page.
It is going to be messy during this time. We will keep the site as clean as possible and communicate with you while the process moves forward.

Creative Nature is owned and operated by Clayton Garrison. Clayton began his journey into the industry in 2013 while helping his father-in-law while he needed to take a leave of absence from his snow removal business. Eventually Clayton decided that he wanted to make a go of starting his own company. Working nights and weekends, he built his client list up enough to quit his corporate job back in 2017. Since then, Clayton, an entrepreneur at his core, has been growing Norwalk Seasonal Services, Grounds Around Town (a mobile coffee shop in Norwalk), and now, Creative Nature.
A family man at his core, Clayton Garrison is focused on a balanced lifestyle that includes plenty of time for his wife and daughters. While reserving sometime for himself enjoying spending time with friends, practicing yoga, outdoor sports, and attending concerts.
Clayton’s favorite part of business is meeting new people, growing a strong team culture, and producing award winning work.
Fun fact about Clayton: He loves food! He considers himself a “foodie.”
